Recently, 6,300 low-income families and their school-going children received family and school-ready packs containing vouchers to prepare them for the upcoming school year.

Each family pack contained $140 worth of transport and NTUC FairPrice vouchers, while the school-ready packs held $80 worth of vouchers for school supplies.

These items were distributed at the 13th annual Ready for School event held at Nanyang Junior College, organised by the Chinese Development Assistance Council (CDAC).
